On April 11th of 2015, the Alcoa Ridge Runners ventured forth to camp overnight at Campsite #28 on Lynn Camp Prong Trail in the Tremont district of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, not far from Townsend in Blount County, Tennessee. Lynn Camp Prong of the Little River is enjoyed all throughout the hike, lending its gentle song to one's ears, offering profound serenity and beauty in its wake as it tumbles around the mossy rocks among the Rosebay Rhododendrons.
