First Snow of 2014 3

Northwesterly view of Wright Road at Casa del Laquita as the first snow of the new year came to an end. This would be a record setting day for rlow temps on this date. The high was 14F. The low was 4F. Humidity around 50% and 15MPH winds made it feel like -8F. Like a bright sunny summer day on the Martian equator. There was about an inch of hard frozen snow, with black ice in the shadows and icicles at the precipices. During the night, the sky was so clear that astronomy was good.
